Davide Ferrari bcec8b1a28 fix: show green steering wheel icon when driving ...

The status icon in the dashboard was showing a grey power button when the
car was in 'driving' state. Now it properly shows a green steering wheel
icon, consistent with the driving state.

Changes:
- Added isDriving state check
- Include driving in isAwake states for green tint
- Show SteeringWheel icon instead of PowerSettingsNew when driving
- Use localized 'driving' string for tooltip
